Yeah it's not on Broadway though, it's next to the FDR right by that up-barrier that's in between the quick crete barrier and the green footbridge ledge / stage gap spot.

its in china town right near the fdr, if you skate down the fdr going uptown and look on your left you will see it then go to the projects on the left side in back of the elementray school and you need to hop 2 fences but they are really easy to hop. the first has a hole for you to put your feet in. and the 2nd has a gate for you to hop on to then the fence. plus its a hard spot to skate but fun.
